Why did you decide to partner with The Swing Shift as a guest speaker?

I believe in the mission and vision of The Swing Shift. I am a huge advocate for women and The Swing Shift is a business that empowers and promotes women. Who can say "No" to a request from an organization that is so valuable and important for women?

What’s your favorite part about working with The Swing Shift cohorts?

I typically present on the topic of LinkedIn and I like to think of myself as the Pied Piper of this power job search tool. So many people really don't know what it can do for them as it relates to their job search, so seeing everyone's face light up as I share the hidden tips and tricks of LI is really fun to watch

What’s your biggest takeaway from these women?

I am a Mom. I was a stay-at-home Mom and a working Mom. I get what it is like to be in the shoes of the cohort members. But, my daughters are grown and launched, so working with the women reminds me of where I came from and how important it is to support one another in this journey. I am also inspired by their stories!

One of the most valuable aspects of being connected to The Swing Shift is also the staff. I adore Nancy and Sarah. They are really nice people and I am always flattered to be a part of their lovely, powerful, impactful constellation.
