Am I a good fit?

There is always a range of skills and backgrounds in our cohorts. We love that this naturally happens so there is a wonderful spectrum of opinions and ideas. Whether you've taken 10+ years out of the workforce or if you are currently working and looking for your next passion, you won't be alone. We work to make sure EVERYONE gets what they need from our program.
What is the benefit of a group setting?

We all may feel alone or isolated at times, especially when navigating a non linear career path. The cohort model provides instant community and collaboration.
Why is networking important?

You always hear the phrase "it's who you know"- this could not be more true in the job search world. Studies have shown that 85% of open positions are filled by networking. Our program instantly expands your network, puts you in contact with hiring managers in your desired field and engages you in a community of women in business. Is it worth the cost?

100% of our alumni report The Swing Shift is worth the cost, and 100% will refer the program to their friends (and they do!) The cost breakdown is between 3 to 10X less expensive than hiring a career coach - think of it a group fitness class for your career.
