It’s almost summer, with vacations, end of school year events, summer BBQs and block parties! While you may back burner your back to work job search, summer is a fantastic time to make connections.

In Part 1 of this two-part series, we’ll focus on “Pitch and Connect,” to leverage the tons of opportunities to do this in the summer months. And as a special bonus, we’ll have career transition consultants on hand for pop-up coaching to talk through your concerns and develop personalized recommendations about how to move forward.

June 4th, The Riveter @ Bellevue

June 12th, The Riveter @ Fremont

Cost: $20 General Admission

Part 2 of this series will focus on essential job search tools as you look to return to work. It will be held in September, just after the kids go back to school! In that session we’ll focus on questions you need answered such as the following and more:

*How do I leverage both my new social and my seasoned professional and personal connections as I look to get back into the workplace?

*How important is a resume?

*How should my resume relate to LinkedIn?

*What should I do with gaps in my work history?
